Hi RealSanta, as an SA @ Seriouscrunchers.net I can say we run ..basicly twin VBbulliton forums under one roof. Private interwoven within a public board ....we are waffleing between Captcha and management approval ....we have 3 admins & a supermod along with ....hhhmmmm 4 mods and all is working well ...admittedly we are a close knit group ....but "Orakk" our control freak has it all to a gnats "..." well you get the idea!! Drop by seriouscrunchers.net and say "HI"...tell em Sport invited you!!! ...oh yeah!!! be sure to check out the Arcade .....should be some good ideas here/there for you...anything SC can do just let us know ...if we can; we will!!!! The one thing ( actually two) we are adament about ...every management member is in touch with every new post every day...until that just becomes impossible ...then we will create "individual" areas for each member....gotta keep the energy flowing!!!!! Second any communication via PM between one management member and another is CC: to all management members ....Keeps us all on the same page. We do have an extensive "Admin"(only) Catagory but sometimes PM is much better ____________
