I already run multiple projects on a separate computer. I decided to put another unit on line and chose Docking@home as my project. After downloading and running the boinc manager for the first time, it immediately began to download a couple of projects even before I had the account set up. In the account setup page, it did not work because my e-mail address has underscores but i did not know it at the time (because all my other projects allow the underscores). So I closed the window and then tried to re-do it. By that time I finally figured out the problem and created my account....however, it is not attached to my project which is running away using the user name of my computer "hp owner". So bottom line, i want to get the project set up with a user that i can put together with my other accounts and I don't know how to do it...tried many, many things. Help!
Chris.

Well, I've fussed and fought with this long enough. I have detached and reattached and cannot eliminate the account problem, the account setup pages here also have some major glitches. Everything get's filled in and it still says that the form needs to be filled out completely. It's possible I could uninstall and re-install and start all over but even then I'd need to use a different e-mail than all my other projects....and have to change all of them over. So I've detached for good from Docking which saddens me actually. If there is anyone listening, I would highly recommend allowing e-mail addresses with characters such as underscores. I am sure I am not alone (there are at least 6 hp_owner accounts registered). You are leaving some potential users out in the cold who would love to be involved in your project.
Is there an admin who can move the credits for one account to another? I joined docking with the correct email address but I attached to docking via Boinc with a bad email address.
