I've collected links to web pages related to various types of medical research, including HIV.

This one indicates that it would be useful to look for compounds that will dock to trimers (groups of three units) of the gp120 protein, without much of those compounds being wasted docking to the single units of gp120 found elsewhere on the virus coat.

You might want to let us know how close the Docking@home software is to being able to handle docking to protein groups that size.
