They have 2 of the Xeon Cloverton Processors (Xeon 53xx) which results in 8 cores and 2x8MB cache. See Xeon Woodcrest Series on this page . One more note: The dual quads must use the Xeon version. Core 2 Quad will not work in a 2 chip configuration.
