Hi, I'm running/testing docking@home with one Windows box and one Linux box. It runs fine on the Windows box, but ALL wu's on my linux box are aborting quickly (for example http://docking.cis.udel.edu/result.php?resultid=761745 ). Any Ideas for me?

It's a 32 bit ubuntu 8.04 Linux with Boinc 6.2.14.

Try detaching and reattaching to the project. Usually when we have those errors happening at the very beginning is because one or more input files are corrupted, you need to request them again by reattaching.

Please let us know if this works or not.
